report_config(filePath, funfile)
备注：
外部库函数，读取配置文件信息，包括主目录设置，报表授权文件路径等，并加载授权文件验证授权。
参数：

文件路径，可以是相对路径、绝对路径、类路径，为相对路径时，基准目录为集算器的安装目录。 |

funfile |
自定义函数的配置文件，可以是相对路径、绝对路径、类路径，为相对路径时，基准目录为集算器的安装目录。 |
